All members of the Sartoguard family use a highly asymmetric polyethersulfone (PES) double layer for unique protection of final filters and bioburden reduction with 6 LRV per cm². In addition, combinations with different depth filter materials and gamma-sterilizable versions are available.

Sartoguard NF is the only membrane depth filter combination for single-use applications using unique PES Nanofleece technology that is gamma sterilizable. Nanofleece protects the membrane double layer against premature blockage caused by high particle loads.
For maximum process flexibility, all Sartoguard® filters are available for conventional stainless steel or single-use applications. All filter elements are available in various sizes and adapter combinations.
