CM Ceramic HyperD®
CM Ceramic HyperD® is a weak cation exchanger designed for polishing applications. Changes in conductivity and pH can be used to optimize purification steps by exploiting charge variations on both the protein and the ligand.
CM Ceramic HyperD® F ion exchange chromatography resin is designed using a proprietary “gel-in-a-shell” technology that provides rapid mass transfer and efficient binding performance. It is based on a high-capacity hydrogel polymerized within the gigapores of a rigid ceramic bead.
