CIMmultus® SO3 – Strong CEX
CIMmultus® is designed for the purification of viruses (AAV, adenovirus, lentivirus, influenza viruses, and bacteriophages), nucleic acids (mRNA, pDNA), virus-like particles (VLPs), and exosomes. CIMmultus® columns can be used either as single-use disposable columns or as reusable multi-use columns.
Ion exchange matrices are the first step in the capture and polishing chromatography of a wide range of biomolecules. Sartorius offers a comprehensive platform of resins, chromatography membranes, and monoliths to suit virtually any application:
